That's completely fine. In fact, that's how many projects begin. You don't need a perfect brief before reaching out. Part of our job is helping you understand the problem before we start designing solutions.

What does the process look like?

Every project follows the same philosophy, even if the deliverables are different. We start by understanding the problem before designing solutions. Then we explore different directions, refine them together through feedback, build a robust final system, and prepare everything for production. When needed, we stay involved through implementation to make sure the final result reflects the original vision.

Why do we work directly with our clients?

Because the best work happens through direct collaboration. The people you meet at the kick-off are the same people leading strategy, designing every screen, and supporting implementation through launch.

Do you work with agencies or in-house teams?

Yes. Some clients hire us directly, while others bring us in as an extension of their existing team. We regularly collaborate with marketing agencies, development studios, and in-house product teams, adapting to each workflow while keeping communication simple and direct. Whether we're leading the project or supporting yours, our goal is always to make collaboration feel seamless.

What happens after the design is approved?

We stay involved. We work closely with developers to make sure the final product reflects the original vision, solving the small details that often get lost between design and development.
